ISCC Certification

A Major Step Toward Sustainability: ISCC Certification for Grässlin Kunststoffdistribution

Sustainable success!

Following a successful audit, Grässlin has been awarded the ISCC PLUS certificate. By voluntarily obtaining ISCC certification for our plastics distribution operations, we are not only responding to the growing demand from our customers and business partners for the sustainable use of “circular” or bio-based plastics attributed via mass balance, but are also sending a further signal of our own commitment to responsible business practices as a company.

ISCC certification is a logical next step in our journey toward the future of plastics. In addition to focusing on a value-driven product portfolio, this certification also helps us support the ambitious sustainability goals of our customers and suppliers.

ISCC (International Sustainability & Carbon Certification) is a certification system for sustainability and biomass in which companies demonstrate, through their business processes, that they comply with ISCC guidelines regarding the procurement and distribution of ISCC-compliant materials.

The certification was granted following an audit conducted by the SGS Group Germany. SGS is the world’s leading company in the fields of inspection, testing, verification, and certification.
