Hromatka Group and Impetus Plastics Engineering Join Forces
The Hromatka Group Expands Its Range of Services with Expertise from the Product Development Engineering Firm Based in Aachen and Bad Aibling
When a passion for plastics meets a passionate product development team, it opens up a wide range of opportunities for both sides—and, above all, for customers. With the acquisition of Impetus Plastics Engineering, the Hromatka Group is strengthening its position as a full-service provider of high-quality engineering plastics in Europe. Impetus will work closely with Grässlin Kunststoffe, a distributor of engineering plastics and a member of the Hromatka Group, while continuing to operate independently in the market.
“The service package—which combines our wide variety of engineering plastics and specialty products, project development and support, and our newly acquired engineering capabilities all under one roof—is exceptional in the industry in this form,” Thomas Bücker is convinced. Accordingly, the managing director of Grässlin Kunststoffe is looking forward to tackling many new and exciting projects together with customers and leveraging the expanded range of services made possible by Impetus’s expertise to offer innovative solutions and excellent service. From now on, customers and projects can be supported even more comprehensively than before—from the initial idea all the way through to series production. The Hromatka Group also gains a strong partner when it comes to troubleshooting and problem-solving, for example with warped plastic parts.
Impetus is a renowned engineering firm specializing in product development, with a focus on injection-molded components, and boasts over two decades of experience across nearly all industries.
